Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team.

If you contact us within 24 hours of purchase:
We can cancel the order for you at no additional cost. The cancellation may take up to 3 days, thank you for your patience and understanding.
If the package is already shipped, we will issue a prepaid label and return your payment after we have received the package from you.

If you contact us after 24 hours of purchase:
You need to bear the return fee if the package is already shipped (depends on our system, not the order status).
The product has to be damage-free, packed in the packaging we sent to you, and with the original receipt of the purchase.
We will return your payment after we have received the package from you.

There are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in-stock or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you do not have to worry unnecessarily about your order.

 

Return, Exchange, And Cancellation Policies.


NOTE: PUREPLUS will inspect all returned items upon arrival at our sorting/return facility. If the return is a result of a PUREPLUS error or confirmed defective product, we will issue a full refund*. We also offer a quick and easy exchange process, all you have to do is to place a new order for the item you would like to exchange, and return the unwanted item to us for a full refund*.


Return Policy
1. PUREPLUS offers 30 days return window on all orders. And 90 Days Limited Manufacturer Warranty on items that included. 
2. For brand new unopened returns that exceed 30 days return window, there will be a 15% restocking fee charged.
3. We would provide prepaid shipping label if the cause of the return is confirmed as PUREPLUS error. 
4. For non-PUREPLUS caused returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and handling fees. 
5. We do not accept any returns on Air filter unless it is in unopened, unused, and undamaged condition
6. For returns shipped by "Packaged Refused" or similar way, it takes longer processing time.  
7. For returns without tracking confirmation, lost during transportation, we take no responsibility and reserve the right to decline your refund request.     


Refund Policy
1. In order to receive a full refund, customer must return the merchandise in brand new condition, unopened, unused, undamaged condition; unless confirmed defective.
2. Refunds on returned merchandises that are purchased by mistake will only be granted on items that are in a new and unused condition, with all parts, shrink wrap and components in tact. 


For Damaged Items
1. If the returned merchandise confirmed damaged, missing unit, there will be a 20% damage fee per item applied.  
2. If the entire order, package, are confirmed a total loss, there will be no refund issued and package will be re-packed and send back to customer; customer is responsible for additional shipping charge.
3. Upon inspection, if the returned merchandise is confirmed damaged, we reserve the right to decline your refund request.
For Refund Issued:
1. Refund will be issued back through its original payment methods* within 14 days upon receiving the returned merchandise. 
2. A detailed notes includes: returned item condition, refunded amount, damage fee or deductions (if any), will be added while completing  the refund/return request.

1. The 14 business days includes the return shipping time, merchandise inspection, and refund processing time from your bank or credit card company. 
2. Refund must be issued through its original payment method. For closed band account, credit card, debit card, or prepaid cards, please contact for further assistance
NOTE: Customers are responsible for providing their accurate address. If an order returned by carrier with an invalid address mark/notes; the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and merchandise shipped. A refund will only be issued after the package is returned back to our sorting facility. We will follow our outlined return and refund policy.

Exchange Policy
1. Customer is responsible for both return and replacement shipping cost that occurred during exchange.
2. Merchandise be returned in good, unopened, unused, sell-able, and undamaged condition.
3. For PUREPLUS error related exchange, PUREPLUS is responsible for both return and replacement shipping cost that occurred during exchange.  
4. Merchandise condition requirement does not apply for PUREPLUS error related exchange.  

 

90 Day Limited Manufacturer Warranty Terms & Conditions
PUREPLUS Products warrants to you, the original purchaser of this new product ("Product"), that the Product shall be free of defects in the original manufacture of the material or workmanship for a period of 90 Days from the date of your purchase of the Product ("Warranty Period"). This Product must be purchased from an authorized dealer of PUREPLUS brand products and packaged with this warranty statement. This warranty does not cover refurbished Product. If you notify PUREPLUS during the Warranty Period of a defect covered by this warranty that requires service, terms of this warranty apply.

How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period lasts for 90 Days from the date you purchased the Product. The purchase date is printed on the receipt you received with the Product. 

What does this warranty cover?
During the Warranty Period, if the original manufacturer of the material or workmanship of the Product is determined to be defective by an authorized PUREPLUS A repair center or store personnel, PUREPLUS will (at its sole option): (1) repair the Product with new or rebuilt parts; or (2) replace the Product at no charge with new or rebuilt comparable products or parts. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of PUREPLUS and are not returned to you. If service of Products or parts are required after the Warranty Period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. This warranty lasts as long as you own your PUREPLUS Product during the Warranty Period. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Product. 

How to obtain warranty service?
Retail store location,take your original receipt and the Product to the store you purchased it from. Make sure that you place the Product in its original packaging or packaging that provides the same amount of protection as the original packaging
Online platform, mail or email your original receipt and the Product to the address listed on the web site. Make sure that you put the Product in its original packaging or packaging that provides the same amount of protection as the original packaging.

Where is the warranty valid?
This warranty is valid ONLY to the original purchaser of the product in the United States. 

What information, documents, evidences, or files does PUREPLUS ask from you?
PUREPLUS requires following documents: 
Original dated receipt. And any information that might needed to evaluate the claim, Such as but not limited to, water source, local water TDS level, refrigerator model number, previous filter`s brand name and its model number. 

What does the warranty not cover?
This warranty does not cover:
Customer instruction, commercial use, installation, set up adjustments 
Cosmetic damage, damage due to acts of God, such as lightning strikes, fire 
Accident, Negligence, Misuse, And/Or, Abuse, Connection to an incorrect filter assembly, housing, connector.
Modification of any part of the Product, including the connector, nob, and the O-Ring. Or Attempted repair by anyone other than a facility authorized by PUREPLUS to service the Product.
Damage due to incorrect operation, installation, or maintenance
Products sold as is or with all faults
Products where the factory applied serial number has been confirmed expired or manufactured more than 90 Days ago.
Repair replacement as provided under this warranty is your exclusive remedy.
PUREPLUS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for the breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, including, but not limited to, lost data, lost of use of your product, lost business or lost profits. PUREPLUS products makes not other express warranties with respect to the product, all express and implied warranties of and conditions of merchant-ability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the warranty period set forth above and no warranties, whether express or implied, will apply after the warranty period. Some states, provinces and jurisdictions do not allow limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

Product Liability Insurance Claim Terms & Conditions
PUREPLUS Products are covered under commercial product liability insurance,  the original purchaser of this new product ("Product"), that the PUREPLUS shall provide a coverage for defects resulted damage for a period of 90 Days from the date of your purchase of the Product ("Insurance Coverage Period"). This Product must be purchased from an authorized dealer of PUREPLUS brand products and packaged with this warranty statement. This warranty does not cover refurbished Product. If you notify PUREPLUS during the Insurance Coverage Period of a defect covered by this insurance that requires insurance coverage, terms of this warranty apply. This insurance coverage also associates with 90 Days Manufacturer Limited Warranty`s conditions listed above.

When does the PUREPLUS product liability coverage apply?
1.Water damaged caused by product defects. 
2.Personal property damage caused by PUREPLUS product defects. 
3. Repair cost generated during repairing. 
For what is not covered, please refer to the 90 Days Manufacturer Limited Warranty terms and conditions listed above.

Where is the insurance valid?
1.This insurance is valid ONLY to the original purchaser of the product in the United States.
2.International order is not covered.

What information, documents, evidences, or files does PUREPLUS ask from you?
PUREPLUS requires following documents:

According to the Burden of proof law, prosecutors are required to prove sufficient evidences that supports your insurance claim.
* Insufficient evidences automatically close your insurance claim.
* Customers has 90 days to reopen the case and appeal the previous decision.
*Denied insurance claim can be appealed for ONLY 2 times. Any new evidence is required to reopen the case after denied twice.
